This is my favorite of all vinyl electrical tapes for wiring harness fabrication!
 
The tape is only .007" thick but still retains a 15lbs/in tensile strength.  The tape conforms very well to irregular shapes and allows for much more flexibility of the wires grouped with this tape over any other vinyl tape I have found. 
 
Scotch Super 33+ is a true proffesional grade tape with an excellent super-stretchy, all-weather tape.  It can be applied at temperatures as low as 0  F and easily conforms to irregular surfaces.  It meets ASTM D3005 Type I requirements.
