These were perfect for what I needed to put on the XR400...came complete with the mounting brackets. I was concerned about clearance from the exhaust, no worries there, lottsa clearance!

I would recommend that you do not tighten the strap that snaps into the cinch hoop. Just draw it up, loosely, to keep the bags from sliding off the hoop. Makes for easy removal when you go to unsnap it to take the bags off. Love the Bagz!
